Project management includes: author/contributor networking, deadline correspondence, manuscript filing and documentation, management of other members on a publishing team (typesetter, indexer, copy editors), and timely status reports.

Prior to agreeing to collaborate on a project, as your project manager I will meet with you (either in person or over the phone/internet) to discuss the project. 

After our meeting you will receive a report including a detailed timeline and pricing estimate.
